I work all of specialities into my virtual classes, as they build off of and complement one another. Virtual classes are offered via live Zoom feed each week and can also be accessed through my library.
Many of the classes I offer are either traditional barre or barre fusion classes, such as BarreHIIT & BarreStretch, and you might have preconceived notions about what barre is or isn’t, but I am here to challenge those notions. I also offer classes traditional strength training, yoga, meditation, core work.
With 12 years of experience teaching barre to over 1000 clients, both men and women, I have evolved the traditional barre class to incorporate more weight. Why? Because increased weight builds muscle, and my clients deserve to not only feel stronger, but actually get stronger.
While many of the props and cues will feel familiar to those who have taken barre classes in the past, don’t expect only tiny pulses or the “burn” feeling. My classes move quickly, with very little down time, allowing my clients to get the most benefit out of a 30-60 minute workout.
I demonstrate safe and effective ways for my clients to increase their weight and stimulate muscle growth using proper form, abdominal engagement and breathwork.
