A warm and festive treat, these Christmas tree waffles will have your kids excited for breakfast, especially, if they are the ones making.

To make 10 waffles:
Ingredients:
• 2 cups pancake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 3 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 1 1/4 cups milk
Directions:
1 – Whisk together eggs, butter or oil , and milk in mix. Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
2 – Pour batter , 1/4 cup at a time, onto the christmas mini waffle maker

These fresh delicious waffles can be enhanced with a variety of toppings. Whether it’s traditional butter and maple syrup or something a bit fancier. My kids love it with strawberries and whip cream.
