  Nanda is an amazing personal trainer and exercise instructor. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and how to make changes in yourself.  Nanda is inspiring and knows how to make exercise classes fun and challenging. I feel so lucky to have met Nanda over 10 years ago and have taken years of classes with Nanda including barre, stretch Barre and yoga to name a few.
