Morning Lemon Shot

Do you want to give your body a healthy boost each morning? For the past five years, I’ve been doing just that with my morning lemon water shot. This drink has so many powerful benefits that it’s been a staple in my diet. 

Studies have found that this morning shot can reduce inflammation, support digestion, and increase your energy levels. It can also help you reduce cravings throughout the day.

My shot is made with simple ingredients. I mix these ingredients together and drink it every day on an empty stomach. The combination of the natural vitamins in the lemon, the energizing effects from the water, and the antioxidant boost from the spices makes for an immune-boosting powerhouse. 

Benefits:

3 – The ingredients helps reduce inflammation and enhance immune.

Ingredients:

• 8-12 oz of warm water

• 1 half lemon

• 1/8 turmeric

• 1/8 ginger

• 1/8 cayenne pepper

• 1 scoop creatine

• 1 scoop electrolytes

• A pinch of iodised salt

TIP: Add fresh beets juice.

Directions:
1 – Mix all ingredients together in a cup

2 – Add warm water

3 – Take the shot, feel the kick. Enjoy!
