These amazingly simple, gluten free brownies are perfect a chocolate-lover could hope for. They’re rich and not too sweet, perfectly dense and fudge making it a perfect dessert 🙂
Ingredients:
• 300 grams of unseasoned cooked black beans
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup coconut sugar
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup of water
• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground coffee
• 1 cup semi-sweet mini chips
Directions:
1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees;
2 – Grease a 9×9 inch non-stick square mold or another one of your choice;
3 – Beat all the ingredients in the blender;
4 – Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Optionally, sprinkle a handful of chocolate chips over the top of the brownies;
5 – Bake the brownie until a toothpick comes out clean (approximately 25-30 minutes);
6 – Let the brownie cool completely before cutting it.
